Daniel Schmidt
Daniel has 8+ years of strategy consulting experience with a predominant focus on commercial operations of life science companies. Daniel was previously part of Monitor Deloitte’s European Life Science Practice, and the Life Science Lead of Deloitte Consulting Denmark. He has deep expertise within market access, product launch, brand strategy, and customer engagement. He has experience across many therapeutic areas, and has been working with small molecules, biologics, as well as cell and gene therapies.
Daniel holds a B.Sc. in International Business and an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Jonas T. Karlsen, Ph.D.
Jonas is a life science strategy consultant and a scientist with a strong analytical foundation from a Ph.D. in biophysics. Prior to co-founding Biobridge Partners, Jonas worked in Monitor Deloitte’s strategy practice, and is experienced within corporate strategy and operating model design, market access, brand strategy, and corporate M&A, as well as private equity commercial due diligence and value realization.
Jonas holds a Ph.D. in biophysics from the Technical University of Denmark, DTU, and further studied at California Institute of Technology. Recipient of the Ministry of Sciences Elite Research Award.

Florian Preis
Florian is a life science strategy consultant with a strong background in strategy and the pharmaceutical industry from his previous positions at Novo Nordisk and Monitor Deloitte. He has 3+ years of experience working in commercial functions and global finance.
Florian holds an M.Sc. in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

Johannes Bæk Christensen
Johannes is a strategy consultant with 5+ years of experience from previous positions at Monitor Deloitte and Struensee & Co. Specifically, he is experienced with corporate strategy, channel strategy, operating model design, and strategic cost out in both the public and the private sector.
Johannes holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen University.

Mette Brøgger-Mikkelsen, M.D.
Mette is a medical doctor with a strong background at the intersection between strategy and life science. Prior to joining Biobridge Partners, Mette worked at LEO Innovation Lab and most recently as a management consultant at Bain & Company where she advised life science private equity funds. Further, Mette brings experience as a clinical physician as well as a researcher with focus on the efficiency of clinical trials.
Mette holds a M.Sc. in Medicine from the University of Copenhagen.

Olivia Shen
Olivia is a life science strategy consultant with a predominant focus on the commercial functions of biopharma companies. Prior to joining Biobridge Partners, she worked in Monitor Deloitte’s strategy practice, and is experienced within both corporate and functional strategy.
Olivia holds an MSc in Development Studies from Copenhagen University and a BSc in Economics from University of Nottingham.

Emma Jappe Lange, Ph.D.
Emma is a life science strategy consultant bringing a cross-disciplinary research background with 6+ years of experience in leading projects across machine learning, “omics”, immunology, and cancer immunotherapy.
She has worked in life science start-ups and scale-ups, primarily in the field of oncology, and has created value through scientific project management, strategy execution, as well as operating model design and implementation.
Emma holds an industrial PhD in machine learning applied to drug discovery from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Monash University, and Evaxion Biotech, and has gained her life science engineering degree from DTU, the University of Queensland, and University College London.

Camilla Beaven
Camilla drives internal operations and supports the leadership team in their day-to-day tasks. She brings several years of experience from previous positions as Communications Specialist at a Copenhagen-based scale-up and Office Manager at the Welsh Parliament.
Camilla holds a B.A. in Italian with Politics from the University of Exeter and a Management and Leadership qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.

Bo Wiinberg, Ph.D.
Bo has 15+ years of experience from life sciences. He is specialized in the R&D value chain and has previously held several senior leadership positions across R&D, including in drug discovery & development, strategy, portfolio management and innovation, latest within a transformational stem cell R&D unit.
Bo predominantly advices R&D organizations, biotechs, and venture capital firms on topics related to drug discovery and development, operating models, innovation and sourcing of assets and technology, as well as commercialization roadmaps.
Bo is a DVM and holds a Ph.D. in Inflammation & Hemostasis from University of Copenhagen and an executive education from IMD.

Jesper Johansen
Jesper has 10+ years of experience as a life science consultant and has most recently been leading the Nordic Life Science Strategy team at Accenture. He is experienced working across the pharma value chain, with spikes in operational and commercial strategy, product launch and go-to-market strategy, and operating model design in R&D and innovation-driven organizations.
Jesper holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Nicolai Hesdorf
Nicolai Hesdorf is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience working with C-suite executives at Danish C25 companies. He has held several leadership roles, including Equity Partner and Nordic Lead for Deloitte's strategy unit Monitor Deloitte and Partner and Managing Director of Accenture Denmark. Throughout his career, Nicolai has helped numerous companies develop and implement successful strategies to achieve their business goals.
