Daniel has 10+ years of strategy consulting experience with a predominant focus on commercial operations of life science companies. Daniel was previously part of Monitor Deloitte’s European Life Science Practice, and the Life Science Lead of Deloitte Consulting Denmark. He has deep expertise within market access, product launch, brand strategy, and customer engagement. He has experience across many therapeutic areas, and has been working with small molecules, biologics, as well as cell and gene therapies.

Daniel holds a B.Sc. in International Business and an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Jonas is a life science strategy consultant and a scientist with a strong analytical foundation from a Ph.D. in biophysics. Prior to co-founding Biobridge Partners, Jonas worked in Monitor Deloitte’s strategy practice. Jonas holds deep expertise within corporate strategy and operating model design and transformation in global life science companies. He is highly experienced across clinical, medical, and commercial functions spanning clinical development, pre-launch and launch planning, brand planning, and customer engagement.

Jonas holds a Ph.D. in biophysics from the Technical University of Denmark, DTU, and further studied at California Institute of Technology. Recipient of the Ministry of Sciences Elite Research Award.

Jens brings nearly 30 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, most recently serving as the leader of Monitor Deloitte's strategy practice in Denmark. He has extensive international experience working with some of the world's top organizations on strategic problem-solving and transformational initiatives, including corporations within the pharmaceutical industry. Jens specializes in guiding senior executives through their most critical growth challenges, leveraging new technology solutions, and designing growth-oriented operating models.

Jens holds an M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and is a certified Master Strategist from Monitor Deloitte.

Florian is a life science strategy consultant with a strong background in strategy and the pharmaceutical industry from his previous positions at Novo Nordisk and Monitor Deloitte. He has 3+ years of experience working in commercial functions and global finance.

Florian holds an M.Sc. in Advanced Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

Mette is a medical doctor with a strong background at the intersection between strategy and life science. Prior to joining Biobridge Partners, Mette worked at LEO Innovation Lab and as a management consultant at Bain & Company where she advised life science private equity funds. Mette holds significant experience from cross-functional engagements in medical and commercial functions in pharma, as well as former experience as a clinical physician.

Mette holds a M.Sc. in Medicine from the University of Copenhagen.

Emma is a life science strategy consultant bringing a cross-disciplinary research background with 6+ years of experience in leading projects across machine learning, “omics”, immunology, and cancer immunotherapy.

She has worked in life science start-ups and scale-ups, primarily in the field of oncology, and has created value through scientific project management, strategy execution, as well as operating model design and implementation.

Emma holds an industrial PhD in machine learning applied to drug discovery from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Monash University, and Evaxion Biotech, and has gained her life science engineering degree from DTU, the University of Queensland, and University College London.

Johannes is a strategy consultant with 5+ years of experience from previous positions at Monitor Deloitte and Struensee & Co. Specifically, he is experienced with corporate strategy, channel strategy, operating model design, and strategic cost out in both the public and the private sector.

Johannes holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen University.

Olivia is a life science strategy consultant with a predominant focus on the commercial functions of biopharma companies. Prior to joining Biobridge Partners, she worked in Monitor Deloitte’s strategy practice, and is experienced within both corporate and functional strategy.

Olivia holds an MSc in Development Studies from Copenhagen University and a BSc in Economics from University of Nottingham.

Olympio is a strategy consultant with 5 years of strategy consulting experience and a focus on life sciences. He has supported large pharmaceutical companies define their commercial access strategies in a diverse array of therapeutic areas including rare diseases, diabetes, and immunology.

Olympio holds an MEng in Computer Science from Technological University of Compiègne, and an MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School (France, Singapore) and Bocconi University (Italy, India).

Amadou is a life science strategy consultant with a cross-disciplinary education in biotechnological research and business administration. With experience in cancer and cardiovascular research, Amadou transitioned into business, spending two years in strategy and business development within Novonesis’ Human Health Biosolutions Division.

Amadou holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from the University of Barcelona.

Lea holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and is currently studying to become a psychotherapist.

Jesper has 10+ years of experience as a life science consultant and has most recently been leading the Nordic Life Science Strategy team at Accenture. He is experienced working across the pharma value chain, with spikes in operational and commercial strategy, product launch and go-to-market strategy, and operating model design in R&D and innovation-driven organizations.

Jesper holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Nicolai is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience working with C-suite executives at Danish C25 companies. He has held several leadership roles, including Equity Partner and Nordic Lead for Deloitte's strategy unit Monitor Deloitte and Partner and Managing Director of Accenture Denmark. Throughout his career, Nicolai has helped numerous companies develop and implement successful strategies to achieve their business goals.

Alexander brings over twenty five years’ experience as an international strategy and communications advisor, advising C-suite in global pharmaceutical and biotech companies on life science branding, digital strategy, and operational commercialisation.

Alexander has a master’s degree in Biochemistry and is the founder of strategic advisory company &Now, and former co-founder and CEO of Copenhagen-based communications company REPUTATION.
