We are passionate – not only about our work
The consulting industry is filled with ambitious and passionate people who want to make a difference. The same is true at Biobridge Partners.
However, some consultancies tend to take advantage of their people's ambitions by burning the candle at both ends. The saying goes that if you work hard and make sacrifices now, promotions, bonuses and exciting exit opportunities await around the corner. This is not untrue, but it is unsustainable.
At Biobridge Partners, we offer promotions, bonuses and exit opportunities just as exciting as our competitors. However, we fundamentally believe that solving the type of challenges we want to solve, and catalyzing the sort of change we envision, requires more than just grinding hours of work. It requires reflection, perspective, and balance.
Reflection to put ourselves in the client's shoes and consider the problem holistically instead of forcing a standard framework.
